Why have I been charged twice?

Apologies for this. Rest assured you haven't been charged twice - this second charge is a pending charge and will drop off.

A common reason for this is because of credit cards running an authorisation charge to check for funds. When this happens, the authorisation charge appears on your bank statement in addition to the real charge.

This extra charge will drop off within 5 working days, however please let us know if this is not the case.
