I can't log in with my password, but when I say forgotten password and submit, no email arrives and if I try and set up a new account it says I already have one!

This happens when you have previously made a purchase and chosen at checkout not to create an account. We register your email address against the purchase but no account is created so each time you purchase you simply checkout as a guest entering your contact and delivery details each time.
If you wish to activate your account please email us and we will send you an email that allows you to activate your account and set a password.
